Before you write
A few things get asked often enough that the answer is already on the site. Plans and what each one includes are on pricing. What we store, who it reaches and how to delete it is on privacy. Refunds are on the refund page. If you want to see the designs before signing up, they're all on templates, with a sample biodata in each.
What to include
Pick the closest topic from the dropdown and tell us what you were doing when it went wrong. If it's about a specific profile, the link helps. If it's about a payment, the email address on the account and the Razorpay reference let us find it in one go instead of three replies.
Please don't send passwords. We never need your account password or a profile's view password to help you.
What happens next
