How to choose one

The honest answer is that it depends far less on your taste than on who reads the biodata first. If it goes to parents and elders before it reaches the candidate, a traditional format is doing work a modern one cannot: Classic Elegance looks like the document they are expecting. If it goes straight to the candidate, usually on a phone, Modern Minimal is easier to read at speed.

Two other things decide it. If you have one strong photograph, Portrait makes more of it than anything else here. If your biodata is on the shorter side, Zen Minimal makes that look deliberate rather than unfinished.

You are not locked in

The template is a display choice, not a decision about your data. Your details are stored once, and switching template re-renders them — you never retype anything, and your profile link does not change. It is worth building the biodata first and trying two or three designs at the end, when you can see your real content in each.
